How can I get started with you?

If you are seeking therapy services, please schedule a free consult call or use the form located here to schedule one.

If you need immediate help, contact your local Crisis Response Unit- for Tri-Cities, WA that number is (509) 792-1747. You can also text CONNECT to 741-741 to reach a Crisis Counselor through the national hotline.

Therapists interested in supervision services can also use this form to schedule a time for us to discuss services.

What are your rates and what insurances are you paneled with?

Currently I am only accepting private pay for services (see the next paragraph for insurance info.) I do offer the use of a Superbill for reimbursements for clients who would like to go through their insurances. If you are interested in seeking reimbursement from your insurance company, please reach out to them to ask about that process; I do not navigate the reimbursement process for clients. Each 50 minute session costs $150 and intakes are charged at the same rate. I have a sliding scale available for families in need, please inquire about this during our consultation. I am able to take cash, check, credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. 

As of 08/18/22, I am paneled with United/Optum, Cigna and Aetna. I am in the process of paneling with Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield, Regence/Asuris, Kaiser, and First Choice Health, so clients with these insurance companies will eventually be able to use their benefits to access care. Each insurance company has its own timeline to approve me as a provider.

What are your hours of operation?

I provide services Monday through Friday from 7am to 2pm. For clients enrolled in school, I can provide an excused absence note at your request.

What is your service area and do you offer telehealth/online therapy?

I serve clients in-person in Richland, WA, and can provide telehealth services for clients anywhere in WA.
