Currently I accept private pay for services (see the next paragraph for insurance info.)

As of 04/01/25, I am paneled with United/Optum, Kaiser, First Choice Health, Cigna and Aetna. I am in the process of updating paneling with Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield and Regence/Asuris, meaning some plans I have no issue billing, while others have been denied. Clients with these insurance companies will eventually be able to use their benefits to access care, however at this time it is up to you to verify if I am in network or not prior to starting care otherwise you will be responsible for the entire session cost.

I do offer the use of a Superbill for reimbursements and/or I am willing to do Single Case Authorizations for clients who would like to go through their insurances. If you are interested in seeking reimbursement from your insurance company, please reach out to them to ask about that process; I do not navigate the reimbursement process for clients. Each 53 minute session costs $150 and intakes are charged at the same rate. I am able to take cash, check, credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. ​

I provide services Monday through Thursday from 7am to 1pm. For clients enrolled in school, I can provide an excused absence note at your request.

I serve clients in-person in Richland, WA, and can provide telehealth services for clients anywhere in WA.
